I · PROFILE

Profile

Nearly 20 years of legal experience, 10+ of them cross-border: senior regional counsel at a Danish-listed global med-tech group reporting to the APAC GC with a dotted line to the Group DPO; in-house counsel at one of China’s largest state-owned automotive OEMs; top-firm M&A and data practice; and 11 years of private-practice litigation across 300+ cases.

Fluent in the governance logic of state-led enterprises — collective decision-making, joint-venture governance, and the working boundaries between legal, audit and business — while equally at home in a European-headquartered, English-language compliance environment.

A translator between state-owned-capital compliance requirements and international best practice.

Standalone-company legal toolkit: standard-contract libraries, delegation-of-authority matrices, contract-performance inspection programmes, and 0→1 compliance systems built at both FAW and Coloplast — suited to standing up a lean, first-time regional legal and compliance function end to end.
